I've always experienced anxiety and panic attacks growing up and as an adult it started to have a negative impact on my health. Once I tried the Stress series, I found a manageable way to cope with my anxiety on a daily basis and I haven't had a panic attack since.
Since starting these meditation practices, I really feel more relaxed, steady, focused, and energized. Each practice gives you deeper perspectives that you can apply to everyday situations.
